COASTERS
The AquaCoaster™ is a welded coaster containing a mix of 2 coloured liquids. Glitter and inserts can be added at extra cost. The coaster can be printed above or below the liquids or in both positions. Please note that this coaster may distort with heat. Please ask for a sample to test.
The Armadillo welded coaster has a tough top layer making it ideal for withstanding heat from both ceramic and plastic cups.
The Crystal armadillo coaster has a reverse printed translucent top layer welded to a clear non slip base. This coaster may distort with heat, please ask for a sample to test. The Hard Top coaster is made from mark resist PVC reverse printed and welded to a 3mm foam base. This coaster may distort with heat. For higher heat resistance a polycarbonate surface is available at extra cost.
The Heat and Reveal coaster is made using a coating of a special heat sensitive ink. When a hot cup is placed on the coaster the ink becomes transparent to reveal the printed design beneath. The mark resist surface is reverse printed and laminated to a 3mm foam base. This coaster is only suitable for full colour print.
The SoftMat™ coaster is made from a special material in a variety of colours, white, black, red, burgundy, royal blue or dark blue are available. The material has lay flat and non slip properties and is only suitable for screen print.
The Ultra Thin Coaster is essentially a hard top coaster bonded to a black cling polypropylene base just 0.1mm thick. The Welded Coaster is made from 2 layers of PVC with an inner board to stiffen the coaster. Print is by offset litho four colour process only. Size of coasters. Coasters are 98mm x 98mm or 98mm diameter.
Print Method. Coasters are suitable for screen printing or full colour printing unless otherwise stated. Screens are charged at cost but there are no origination charges for full colour print. A PDF is emailed to show the artwork layout for approval. Printed proof coasters are available at cost if required.
Delivery and Packaging. Printed coasters are ready for despatch 10 working days from proof approval. Coasters are bulk packed and despatched on a standard carrier service for next day delivery.
Please note that PVC will distort with heat, please ask for samples before deciding which coaster is the best one for you.
