Poets Day again
How does Friday come round so quickly? It must be a sign of old age, in his latter days my father always reckoned he was having breakfast every half an hour!
However, I digress, I am back here at the mouse mat site to talk about See Through mats and Armadillo mats. These mats are perfect for instant and individual customisation. Each mat has a see-through lift up flap beneath which printed materials, photos and such like can be placed. For small companies with constantly changing info these mats are perfect. Counter mats
Mouse mats won’t last for ever, one day in the not too distant future the mouse will go extinct – poor little beast –so what to do then when all our machines fall idle? Turn to pastures new, sooner rather than later, so here are some new products to think about.
Counter mats have been selling well for some time now; we can produce these in A3 and A2 format although basically any size is possible. Styles available are softmat, armadillo mat, hard top mat, aqua mat and see through mat. This last style is a popular choice for customers whose details change frequently, the lift up flap allows printed information to be inserted and removed time and time again without spoiling the appearance of the mat. Counter mats are useful as an aide memoire for staff in working environments where stock for example changes weekly or where it is difficult to remember every code or reference for many items. A counter mat also delivers a message every time a customer makes a purchase, a very cost effective advertising method. Counter mats would also make perfect place mats for pets’ feeding bowls, having been a dog owner I know all about the delights of doggy food and wet patches all over the kitchen floor, I hope some enterprising pet shop owners out there are thinking about this idea!! To go with the counter mats how about a pen and pen holder? The Fox pen holder has an adhesive base and will not walk away with absent minded customers. It can also be printed with company details and would make a very nice set with a counter mat.

AddMat Calculator Mats
It is some time since we had an enquiry for these mouse mats yet once upon a time they were very popular. Obviously, fashions change, and that is just as well otherwise we would be back in the boring old 1950’s, but I am not sure why these mats are so out of favour with our customers just now. On the other hand we cannot turn round orders for hardtop mousemats fast enough; there is clearly a big market out there for these items.
Thinking about mouse mats and business gifts has lead me to think about next Christmas – yes I know, it is 7 months away but the sooner we get our thinking caps on the better, before we know it we shall be back in the last minute panic. Do try to train your customers to think ahead, life would be so much easier and certainly your customers would be happier with their choices if a little more time was given to planning. There are lots of new pens in our range and some of them are supplied with free presentation boxes, perfect for mailing to customers or giving to employees as Christmas presents, but like all products these items become scarce at Christmas time and lead times get very scary. Diaries are another case in point, not surprisingly this is an important item on the Christmas shopping list but they sell out, very fast. It is far better to order your diaries in June and be sure of having exactly what you want rather than waiting until December 15th when all that is left will be very expensive.
