Coasters are possibly one of the most cost effective ways of promoting your company. They provide a good sized advertising area but are also really useful so they stay on your customers’ desks for a long time with your corporate details always in view.

Other types of coaster include the welded coaster; this is the traditional PVC over board coaster and still a favourite for many. Bonded leather coasters, gold or silver foil blocked, are very pleasing and useful presents.

This blog may never see the light of day at the current rate of progress- third time lucky !!Brite-Mats are the subject of my thoughts at present - 'what' - I hear you say - 'you must get out more!!!'However, these printed mouse mats are just the ticket for use with an optical mouse and this type of mousemat also seems to be pretty indestructible. I have just sent some to a Community College for trial, although I won't take any bets on whether these mats will stand up to the kind of treatment school kids can devise. The print on these promotional mats is outstandingly good and some really great visual effects can be produced. Check out the website details.

We are always in a quandary here as to what to call a mousemat. Mouse pad seems to be the term favoured by our continental cousins. Mouse mat and mousemat figure prominently on the UK web sites. The Shorter Oxford Dictionary, published 1983, makes no mention of a mouse in connection with computer related subjects. There are all sorts of arcane definitions of a mouse such as ‘”a kind of ball or knob, wrought on the collars of stays by means of spun-yarn, to prevent the running eye slipping” but of a computer mouse there is no mention. Perhaps we should buy a more up to date dictionary!

The Brite-Mat™ presentation packs are a recent addition to our range of promotional business gifts. Each presentation pack contains one Brite-Mat™ mouse mat and two coasters. There is a choice of shape for these mouse mats and coasters.
